9 Weeks (Miami 2017)
9-week of Road Ready Fitness (no equipment necessary) as a prep for Miami Carnival 2017. Do each circuit 3x with 30 seconds rest between.
week 1: Perform 10 reps of each exercise (each leg/arm for a total of 20x)
Week 2: Perform 8 reps of each exercise (each leg/arm for a total of 16x)
Week 3: Perform 10 reps of each exercise (each leg/arm for a total of 20x)
Week 4: Perform 10 reps of each exercise (each leg/arm for a total of 20x)
week 5: perform 14 reps of each exercise (each leg/arm for a total of 28x).
week 6: perform 14 reps of each exercise (each leg/arm for a total of 28x).
week 7: hold each exercise for 30 seconds.
week 8: perform 15 reps of each exercise (each leg/arm for a total of 30x).
week 9: perform 15 reps of each exercise (each leg/arm for a total of 30x or go up the stairs 8x total).
